Pregnancy Testing

CPO provides free pregnancy tests and can provide proof of pregnancy during our office hours. Tests are available by appointment but walk-ins are also welcome. A valid ID is required.

The proof of pregnancy is a document that states the client's name, the date of the test, and the results of the test, and can assist you in obtaining insurance and scheduling prenatal visits.
